I’d like some clarification of the definition of “man-crush”. How far does the level of respect/admiration have to be before it is officially a man-crush. I respect and admire several men. My Pastor, John Piper, John MacArthur, my professor Dr. MacMullen here at MBTS…I dont think any of them are “man-crushes”…

BTW…I second the Albert Pujols….And I have to question the sanity of anyone who may have a “man-crush” on any of the Yankees…Yuck! :P

Guys,

This really is a good post. Scott G. has most certainly presented the attitude of Christian character and the proper way to express Christian grace to one another. There was no mush-mush or Goo-Goo Cluster silliness about “I’m OK, Your OK watered down theological jibberish. It was biblical. It was right.

But, I want all you guys to know; I have certainly received an education today. Thank you Big Daddy.

And please know, that if I had known this years ago, I would not have been such a fan of Lyle Alzado, Rubin Carter and Randy Gradishar and Tom Jackson during Denver’s Orange “Crush” Defense days.

I would have probably become a Saints fan. Or forgotten about “sports” altogether and became a “Yankees” fan like Dave Miller. :-)

Well, I guess it’s true….I have lived too long.

Gun Control Advocates in Alabama, Pro-Whiskey Motions at the SBC, Global Warmer Baptists, National Healthcare in America, The End of the CP,….and now,

the worst thing possible……..”MAN-CRUSH” and Baptist Preachers who Know What It Is.
