Merle,

You are a liar. I was there. Robin Foster and Joe Stewart started the Korean War by trying to throw the Calvinist Seminary out of Pusan.

You guys should have seen Tim dancin' in one of them to-tos during Interpretative Dance Class his Middler year at SEBTS.

He danced to "A HUMPY-BACKED CAMEL (method) AND A KANGAROO" sung by the SEBTS CHOIR. Ben Cole was the narrator. Dr. Patterson broke the whole thing up with an Elephant gun.

There has never been an event like it on the campus of SEBTS since. That very event made necessary the remodeling of the Chapel due to Dr Patterson shooting at Tim and Ben with the Elephant gun. He shot up all the pews and blew the piano to bits. The choir director is now stuffed and mounted in his home in Texas.

Tim and Ben had to drive the campus garbage truck for six months while they were both on probation. The one good thing from all of this is the fact Tim and Ben became great friends untill Wes Kenney led Tim astray.

You guys need a feminine perspective on the pink shirt, but my spam word is 'kindness' so I feel restrained from sharing all my thoughts because Tim has been so kind to me :-).

If Tim were to show up at my former place of employment in his pink shirt or sweater, he would most definitely have been the subject of conversation, particularly among the ladies.

The primary subject of the conversation however, would be less about Tim wearing pink and more about what shade of pink. We would probably go to one of the web designers and get theire color chart and hold it up to his shirt to determine the actual color he was wearing. Is it hot pink? Or is it fuschia? Or maybe it's mauve? How about dusty pink?

From there the conversation would drift over to particular items of clothing we have in our own closets that are close to this shade, what we wear it with, etc.

Tim and his pink shirt is long forgotten and he quietly slips away, no longer the center of attention, feeling dejected because for a minute there he thought all those women really liked him.

Oops, I tried to be kind, I really, really did...
